CONTRACT: You are in acceptance and understand all of The Golden Hour Little Luxuries policies at the time of booking. Policies will be enforced and non compliance will result in refusal of services. No makeup OR ANY mascara(includes bottom lashes) to any appointment. You will be subject to an extra charge, refusal of service, or removal of the set. This will cause huge retention issues. ALL appointments require a retainer: Retainer amount depends on the service Retainers are applied towards the service total. Your retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE meaning you will not receive it back. If you need to cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment, your retainer can be transferred to ONE future booking within 7 days from the original appointment with a $35 rescheduling fee. After that you will need a new retainer. If you cancel with 24 hours or less you will not be able to transfer your retainer. There’s a $20 late fee added to any late appointments. After 15 minutes your appointment will automatically be cancelled. See cancellation policy for details. Please plan ahead for any traffic, accidents, being new to the area, or any thing else that could pop up. I do have a waiting area for anyone getting dropped off or picked up to comfortably wait.
