Booking confirms acceptance of these policies. ⸻ Appointment Preparation To achieve the best retention and results, please arrive with: • Completely clean lashes • No eye makeup • No mascara on top or bottom lashes All services include a complimentary lash bath to properly prep the lashes. However, if makeup buildup is excessive and requires multiple cleansing rounds, an additional cleansing fee may be applied or the appointment may need to be adjusted to maintain proper application time. ⸻ Retainers All appointments require a non-refundable retainer to reserve your time. • Retainer amount varies depending on the service • Retainers are applied toward your total balance Your retainer secures your appointment and protects the time reserved specifically for you. ⸻ Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled 48 hours or more in advance. • Retainers may be transferred one time • Must be used within 7 days of the original appointment • A $35 rescheduling fee will apply Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the retainer. ⸻ Late Policy Please plan ahead for traffic, weather, or delays. • 10+ minutes late: appointment may need to be adjusted; late fee applies • 15+ minutes late: appointment may be cancelled This ensures every client receives their full luxury experience. ⸻ No Shows & Late Cancellations Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you: • No-shows will be charged 95% of the missed service • Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 95% of the service A card on file is required for booking. ⸻ Studio Location Notice In rare cases, such as scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, appointments may take place in a private luxury suite location. Address details will be provided the day of the appointment for privacy and security. Booking confirms acceptance of this possibility. ⸻ Refund Policy All services are final. Due to the nature of beauty services, no refunds or exchanges are offered. Cancellation Policy

Anything past 5 minutes late for your appointment will result in a $20 fee after 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled unless I’m able to accommodate you with that time. After 15 minutes you will be considered a no show. -No call/ no shows will result in being charged 95% of service missed with the card on file -Cancelling within less than 48 hours of your appointment will result in being charged 95% of service
